No.F-28, Kalkaji, New Delhi to ascertain the alleged
excess coverage and deviations in the property against
the sanctioned building plan dated 06.04.1987.
MCD is directed to inspect the first and second floor of
the property and take measurement of excess coverage
and deviations on these floors as against the sanctioned
building plan and file status report with rough site plan.
The appellant shall cooperate in the inspection to be
carried out on 06.10.2026 at 3.00 p.m.
