The record has already been deposited. It can be inspected by the counsel for the appellant. This is an appeal against the demolition order dated 03.08.2026 as well as rejection of regularization dated 29.07.2026. Both these orders are separate cause of action and a common appeal against them is not maintainable. Ld counsel for the appellant submits that the appeal may be confined only in respect of demolition order and the prayer challenging the rejection letter may be permitted to be with- drawn. In view of the same, this appeal shall remain only against the demolition order. Ld counsel for the respondent submits that appeal is barred by limitation and there is no application seeking condonation of delay in filing this appeal. The appellant seeks some time to file such application. Put up for reply and arguments on the said purposed appli- cation on 22.10.2026. (AMIT KUMAR) Addl.
