Present : 	Sh. Dalip Rastogi, Ld counsel for the appellant.
Ms. Harita Mehta, Ld counsel for the respondent joined
through VC in appeal no. 660/26 along with Sh. R.D.
Chaudhary, AE(B).
It is stated by the ld counsel for the appellant that the
appellants have applied afresh for regularization as per
rules and Invalid notice has been issued yesterday only
which shall be replied in due course.
It is further submitted that the appellants may be
permitted to complete the internal flooring work of the
property as they have given the construction work on
contract and may suffer financial losses if the work is
stopped.
At the risk and cost of the appellant, they are permitted to
complete inner flooring work of the subject property.
At request, put up for arguments on 21.01.2027.
Interim orders, if any, to continue till the next date of hear-
ing.
