Arguments heard on the appeal.
The demolition order dated 18.07.2025 records that the
reply filed by the appellant is not satisfactory. No
Speaking Order has been passed, nor any personal
hearing is given to the appellant. The appellant submitted
a detailed reply on 28.04.2025 in pursuance to the show
cause notice dated 11.04.2025. The respondent being a
Quasi Judicial Authority is required to pass a Speaking
order after going through the relevant documents
annexed by the appellant with his reply.
In view of the same, the demolition order dated
18.07.2025 is set aside. The respondent is directed to
pass a speaking order after giving personal hearing to the
appellant. The speaking order be passed within 6 weeks
from today. The appellant to appear before the
respondent on 10.11.2025 at 2.00pm.
In view of the above, the appeal stands disposed of.
