in Pilanji Colony which falls in the list of 1510 colonies for
which the Government has now taken a decision to regu-
larize. It is stated that the property has already been reg-
istered under PM Uday Yojna and the appellant shall take
further steps to get it regularized.
Let the appellant do so within 8 weeks and subject to
outcome of those steps, put up for arguments on this
appeal on 13.01.2027.
