This is an application seeking revival of the appeal
No.249/2007 which was adjourned sine-die on
08.11.2010 with liberty to both the parties to revive the
appeal once the writ petition is disposed of by the Hon’ble
High Court. As per this application, the W.P.(C)
6961/2007 has been disposed of 17.11.2014.
In view of the same the application seeking revival of the
appeal is allowed and the writ petition is restored to its
original number. The record of the MCD was sent back
when the appeal was adjourned sine-die. Let the record
be submitted on or before the next date of hearing.
Put up for arguments on appeal on 04.08.2026.
