Out of the pleadings of the parties, the following issues

1. Whether the plaintiff is entitled to a decree of mandatory
injunction, directing the defendants to remove any/all
construction/insignia/material/fixture of temporary or premanent nature,
whether in the nature of chairs, tables or otherwise from all parts from
the path/emergency gate of the electricity substation of the plaintiff
specifically on the portion/enclosure marked in Red colour in the site
layout of the electricity substation, in his favour and against the
defendants, as prayed for? OPP.
2. Relief.
No other issue arises or is pressed for adjudication.
The parties are directed to file their respective list of
witnesses within 15 days. The plaintiff is also directed to file the
evidence affidavit within 15 days with advance copy to the opposite
party.
