An application for substitution of AR along with copy
of power of attorney and list of witnesses was filed by plaintiff
on 11.06.2026. Copy supplied.
In the application for substitution of AR, it is stated
that Sh. Vivek has been appointed as the new AR in place of
the earlier AR.
In view of the reasons stated in the application, the
application for substitution of AR of plaintiff is allowed.
Accordingly, Sh. Vivek is substituted as new AR of plaintiff.
Perusal of the record shows that the list of
witnesses filed by the plaintiff along with application for
substitution of AR has been filed beyond the prescribed period
of 15 days.

In the interest of justice and at request of Ld.
counsel for plaintiff, the list of witnesses filed by the plaintiff is
taken on record.
No list of witnesses has been filed by the defendant.
Ld. counsel for plaintiff seeks time to lead PE on the
ground that he has been recently engaged in the present
matter.
