filed the written statement till date.
Defendant no.4/ MCD is directed to file status report in terms
fo order dated 24.12.2024 on or before the NDOH positively, failing
which concerned A.E is directed to appear on the NDOH.
The defendant No.4/ MCD is directed to file written statement
within 15 days from today with advance copy to the plaintiff as the last
and final opportunity.

At this stage, Sh.Atul Tanwar, Ld. counsel for defendant /
MCD has appeared through video conferencing.
Status report filed on behalf of the defendant/ MCD wherein

it is stated that the officials of department had went for inspection on
27.02.2025, however, the property numbers of the parties, as mentioned in
the memo of parties, could not be verified due to the reasons that the
plaintiff was not able to inform his address as well as address of the
defendant. It is further submitted that in the absence of correct address,
proper status report could not be filed.
Ld counsel for defendant no.4/ MCD submits that the plaintiff
may be directed to provide all correct particulars with respect to his
property as well as property of the defendant so that proper status report
may be filed. The plaintiff is directed to provide all the necessary details to
the defendant no.4/ MCD within a week.
Counsel is apprised of the date and purpose fixed.
