Matter is at the stage of replies, if any/arguments on the application u/o 1 Rule 10 r/w section 151 of CPC. It has been prayed on behalf of the plaintiff that the proposed defendants no. 4 to 8 attempted to dispossess the plaintiff from the suit property and have been claiming themselves as the Landlord of the property in question. That they be impleaded as parties to the suit for just and proper adjudication of the present matter. No replies have been filed on behalf of proposed defendants no. 4 to 7 to the impleadment application. Whereas as per the reply file by proposed defendant no. 8, it has been contended that proposed defendant no. 8 is the sole owner of the suit property in question by way of registered Relinquishment Deeds dated 05.10.2016 and 19.05.2017 and proposed defendant no. 8 seeks to be impleaded as party to the suit. Whereas on behalf of defendants no. 1 to 3 it has been contended that the plaintiff had already admitted in para no. 3 of the plaint that he was paying rent to Late Sh. Babu Lal who is the Late husband of defendant no.1. It is prayed on behalf of defendant no. 1 to 3 that application be dismissed. Heard. Perused. This is a suit for Permanent and Mandatory Injunction. The matter is at initial stage. Plaintiff is the dominus litus of the suit and seeks the impleadment of proposed -- 1 of 1 --
