Plaintiff has supplied the copy of the application under Order 1 Rule
10 C.P.C. to the proposed defendants no.5, 7 and 8 today in the Court. Plaintiff has
also placed on record extra copies of the applications for impleadment under
Order 1 Rule 10 C.P.C. for supplying the same to the proposed defendants no.4
and 6. Same be released to the opposite parties as per rules.
Steps have not been taken by the plaintiff to serve proposed
defendant no.4 with the impleadment application. Last and final opportunity is
given in this regard.
Reply be filed on behalf of proposed defendants no.5, 6, 7 and 8 to

the impleadment application on the NDOH.
Defendant no.1 submits that she has accepted the demand drafts on
06.06.2025 and 22.08.2025 from the plaintiff without prejudice to the rights of
defendant no.1 as she has initiated a suit for possession against the plaintiff qua
the suit property which is pending before the Court of Ms. Charan Salwan, Ld.
Civil Judge, Central, THC, Delhi vide Civil Suit bearing No. CS SCJ 337/2025.
On filing of PF, issue notice to the proposed defendant no.4 qua the
application under Order 1 Rule 10 C.P.C. to be served by way of affixation,
returnable for 14.11.2025.
