At this stage, plaintiff has handed over a demand draft bearing no.012331 dated 21.08.2025 drawn on Canara Bank, Delhi Punjabi Bagh-II Branch for sum Rs.60,000/- towards the arrears of rent for the months April, 2025 to August, 2025 payable in the name of defendant no.1 to the defendant no.1. Copy of the demand draft is taken on record. Acknowledgment is taken from the defendant no.1 on the copy of the demand draft. On filing of PF, issue notice to proposed defendant no.4 qua application under Order 1 Rule 10 C.P.C. to be served by way of affixation, returnable for 09.10.2025.
