This court is in receipt of the notices issued to the proposed
defendatns qua the application under Order 1 Rule 10 C.P.C. filed on behalf of
plaintiff for impleadment of the proposed defendants no.4 to 8.
Notice issued to the proposed defendant no.4 Ms. Veena
Khannawalia is received unserved with report “door locked”.
Notice issued to the proposed defendant no.5 Ms. Sushila is received
with report of “refusal”. This is valid service.
Notice issued to the proposed defendant no.6 Ms. Babita not received
back.
Notice issued to the proposed defendant no.7 Sh. Jagdish is received
back unserved. It is submitted by the Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff that erroneously
wrong address was mentioned in the memo of parties which is the address of the
suit property and he shall be filing fresh address qua proposed defendant no.7.
Notice issued to the proposed defendant no.8 Sh. Surja Ram is
received back unserved. It is submitted by the Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff that
erroneously wrong address was mentioned in the memo of parties which is the
address of the suit property and he shall be filing fresh address qua proposed

At this stage, plaintiff has handed over a DD bearing no.012317
drawn on Canara Bank, Delhi, Punjabi Bagh-II Branch dated 04.06.2025 for sum
Rs.84,000/- payable in the name of the defendant no.1 Smt. Geeta.
Acknowledgment is taken from the defendant no.1 on copy of the DD. Copy of
the DD is taken on record.
It is submitted by Ld. Counsel for defendants no.1, 2 and 3 that
plaintiff has already paid the cost Rs.10,000/- in terms of the order dated
17.04.2025.
On filing of PF and fresh address of proposed defendants no.7 and 8,
issue notice qua application under Order 1 Rule 10 C.P.C. to proposed defendants
no.7 and 8, returnable for NDOH.
On filing of PF, issue notice to proposed defendant no.4 Ms. Veena
Khannawalia qua application under Order 1 Rule 10 C.P.C. to be served by way of
affixation, returnable for NDOH.
On filing of PF, issue notice to proposed defendant no.6 Ms. Babita
qua application under Order 1 Rule 10 C.P.C. to be served by way of affixation,
returnable for NDOH.
Put up for consideration on the application under Order 1 Rule 10
C.P.C./reply and arguments on 22.08.2025.
