Notice issued to the proposed defendant no.4 is received back served

Reply has been filed on behalf of proposed defendant no.8 to the
application of the plaintiff under Order 1 Rule 10 r/w Section 151 C.P.C.
alongwith copies of certain documents. Same is taken on record. Copy supplied.
Copy be also supplied to defendants no.1, 2 and 3 during the course of the day.
Copy be also supplied to other proposed defendants during the course of the day.
Last and final opportunity is given to the other proposed defendants
to file their replies to the impleadment application on the NDOH.
At this stage, the plaintiff has handed over a demand draft bearing
no.012361 dated 12.11.2025 drawn on Canara Bank, Delhi Punjabi Bagh-II
Branch for sum Rs.36,000/- towards the arrears of rent for the months September,
October and November 2025 payable in the name of defendant no.1 to defendant

no.1. Copy of demand draft is taken on record with acknowledgment of defendant
no.1.
Defendant no.1 submits that she accepts this demand draft from the
plaintiff without prejudice to her rights as she has already initiated suit for
possession against the plaintiff qua the suit property bearing Civil Suit no. CS SCJ
337/2025.
It is submitted by the Ld. Counsel for proposed defendant no.8 that
the proposed defendant no.8 is the sole owner of the suit property in question by
way of registered relinquishment deeds dated 05.10.2016 and 19.05.2017, and he
objects to the payment of the arrears of rent by the plaintiff to the defendant no.1.
