Matter is at the stage of filing reply to the application under Order
39 Rule 1 & 2 r/w Section 151 CPC on behalf of the plaintiff/arguments/filing
of written statement.
Written statement filed on behalf of the defendants no.1, 2 and 3
alongwith reply to the application under Order 39 Rule 1 & 2 r/w Section 151
C.P.C. alongwith proof of service as well as copy of order dated 18.01.2025
passed by the Ld. District Judge-11, Central, THC in one CS DJ No.1277/2024.
Same is taken on record. Copy already supplied.
It is submitted by the Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff that he shall be
filing an application under Order 1 Rule 10 C.P.C. for impleadment of some
parties during the course of the day.
On query of the court, it is submitted by the plaintiff that he has
not paid the rent to the defendants since September 2024 and the rent amount is
Rs. 12,000/- per month. It is submitted by Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff that he
shall be filing an appropriate application for depositing the rent/arrears on the
NDOH.
Put up for further proceedings on 01.04.2025.
