Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff requests the Court for
ad-interim injunction/ex-parte injunction as the construction is
going on in full swing in the suit property, which is causing
severe loss to the plaintiff.
Heard. Record perused.
As per the status report, unauthorized construction is
going on at fourth floor of the suit property, which has been
booked.
In view of the submissions of the Ld. Counsel for
the plaintiff and in view of the status report filed, defendant No. 2
3 are restrained from carrying out any construction in the suit
property i.e. property bearing No.2656, street No.3, Ajmal Khan
Road, Bank Street, Karol Bagh, Delhi-110005 till the next date of
hearing.
WS be filed within the stipulated period of time with

advance copy to the opposite party atleast one week prior to the
next date of hearing.
Put up for filing of WS and further proceedings on
06.03.2025 at 12:30 pm.
