Present: Sh. Mohssin Khan, Ld. proxy counsel for the DH.
It is submitted on behalf of the DH that the DH has taken
the premises.
As per Bailiff report, warrants of possession received back
executed on 25.10.2025. That on 25.10.2025, when Bailiff reached the
tenanted premises a person namely Sh. Deepak Yadav was found outside
the tenanted premises who was the son of respondent namely Sh. Chand
Yadav. That Sh. Deepak Yadav himself took out all the goods from the
tenanted premises and gave peaceful and vacant possession to the LR of
DH namely Hritik and LR of DH placed his own lock on the tenanted
premises in the presence of police.
It is submitted on behalf of DH that DH has received the
possession of the tenanted premises and that the present execution petition
has been satisfied. Heard.
In view of the report of Bailiff and submission of ld.
Counsel for petitioner, present execution petition is disposed of as satisfied.
File be consigned to Record Room.
