It is submitted by the Ld. Proxy Counsel for the DH that there is no
stay on the present proceedings and that the appeal filed by the JD bearing RCA
DJ 82/2025 is pending before Ld. District Judge, Central, THC for 06.03.2026.
Authority letter in favour of Sh. Subhash Kathuria has been filed on
behalf of the employer of the JD. Same is taken on record.
Sh. Subhash Kathuria, AR of the employer of the JD has placed on
record cheque no. 680895 drawn on Punjab National Bank, Delhi Nirankari
colony Branch dated 10.11.2025 for sum Rs.10,096/- in favour of the DH. Same is
taken on record. Same be released to the DH against due acknowledgment.
At request, the DH is directed to share her account details to the
employer of the JD for receiving the remaining decretal amount.
Put up for verification of further payment on 16.01.2026.
