Status report filed on behalf of defendant no. 1/MCD wherein it
is stated that suit property bearing no. 1266-1267, Ganj Mir Khan, Darya
Ganj, New Delhi is in the name of Shehzadi Rafat i.e. defendant no. 2 and it is
further stated that at the time of inspection, the property comprises ground
floor, first floor, second floor & third floor and the construction was being
raised as per the sanctioned building plan. Copy supplied.
Ld. Counsel for defendants seeks time to file written statement
alongwith reply to the interim application. Let the same be filed within
prescribed period with advance copy to the plaintiff. Copy supplied.
Defendant no. 1 is directed to file the fresh status report in terms
of previous order on or before the next date of hearing.
