By way of separately recorded statement of plaintiff, it is stated that
the matter has been settled with Sh. Mohd. Ali and Sh. Manoj Kumar, defendant
no.1 & 2 in civil suit bearing no. CS DJ no. 1098/2023 in case titled as
‘Moinuddin Vs. Mohd. Ali & Ors which was pending before the Court DJ-01/
Central/ Tis Hazari Courts and defendant no.2 & 3 herein. It is further stated that
he has received a settlement amount of Rs. 15,50,000/- from defendant no.2 and
3 herein i.e. Shehzadi Rafat and Mohd. Faisal and after the settlement, he has no
grievance left against defendant no.2 and 3 i.e. Shehzadi Rafat and Mohd.
Faisal. It is further stated that he had taken appropriate steps against Mohd. Ali
and Manoj Kumar before concerned courts for remaining amount. Accordingly,
leave is sought to withdraw the present suit in view of the mediation settlement
dated 19.12.2024 (Mark A).
In view of the statement so recorded, the suit is permitted to be
withdrawn. It stands disposed off as withdrawn as settled.
File be consigned to Record-Room after due compliance.
