Mediation report received.
As per the mediation report, the present matter stands
settled.
Both the parties are directed to appear on NDOH.
At this stage, attention of this court has been brought to
order dated 24.02.2026 whereby warrant of attachment was issued qua
two bank accounts of the JD. It is submitted by Ld. Counsel for the JD
that since the matter has been settled between the parties, the order qua
attachment of the aforesaid bank accounts be revived. Ld. Counsel for
the DH submits that she has no objection to the same.
In view of the above, account of JD attached with a order
dated 24.02.2026 is hereby de-attached.
Put up for verification of payment/terms of settlement on
01.10.2026.
Copy of this order be given dasti to JD.
