alongwith JD in person.
It is submitted by Ms. Anju Lal that on the last date of
hearing, she appeared in person on 12:30 pm, whereas her presence
has been recorded through VC. The said error stands corrected.
Today, in pursuance of show cause notice issued under
order 16 Rule 12 CPC to the Branch Manager, ICICI Bank, Sh.
Kamlesh Jha an employee of the aforesaid branch has appeared and
filed a report qua the bank account of the JD.
Perusal of the account envolved in the present case
would show that the account of JD with the ICICI Bank has been
closed with effect from 25.02.2021. The report is taken on record.
At this stage, It is jointly submitted by the counsel for
parties that there is likelihood of settlement between the parties.
Parties also requests for referring the present matter to mediation
centre for exploring the possibility of some amicable settlement.
At joint request, matter is referred to mediation centre.
Both the parties as well as their respective counsels are directed to
appear before Ld. Mediator today itself at 12:30 PM.
Be awaited for the report at 04.00 PM.
