This Court is in receipt of order dated 19.06.2026 passed by Ld Vacation Judge (Central), THC whereby the interim order granted by this Court has been extended till today. Ld counsel for defendant no. 2 submits that defendant no. 2 had already obtained the sanctioned building plan in October, 2025, however, the same has not been placed on record alongwith the written statement. It is further submitted that he shall move an appropriate application for bringing on record the sanctioned building plan today itself. Let copy of the same be supplied to the plaintiff as well as counsel for defendant no. 1 during course of the day. Upon receipt, let reply be filed on or before the NDOH with advance copy to the defendant no. 2. MCD is directed to file fresh status report alongwith coloured photograph on the NDOH. Put up for arguments on the application, if so filed, as well as arguments on the interim application on 24.08.2026. Interim orders to continue till further orders.
