Perusal of status report of the defendant no.1 / MCD shows that the same is not in terms of directions passed on 20.12.2025 as the measurements, site plan of the suit property as well as the property of plaintiff have not been filed and further the entire property of the plaintiff has not been inspected. Defendant no.1 / MCD is directed to file comprehensive status report in terms of order dated 20.12.2025 on or before the NDOH and in default, the concerned A.E shall appear in person on the NDOH. Vide separate statement of defendant no.2, it is submitted that defendant no.2 shall not carry out any unauthorized construction or demolition in the suit property till the NDOH. -- 1 of 2 -- The defendants are directed to file written statement within the statutory period and reply to the interim application with advance copy to the plaintiff.
