As per record, application under Section 151 CPC r/w Order 1 rule 10 CPC
already filedon behalf of Anil Somani.
Ld. counsel for the petitioner has submitted that copy of the application is
yet to be supplied to the petitioner.
Objector Anil Somani is directed to supply hard copy of the application to
the petitioner as well as the respondent within 07 days from today against due
acknowledgment.
Ld. counsel for the petitioner has submitted that objections on behalf of
objector Ashok Somani and Sidesh Somani have already been supplied to the petitioner.
Ld. counsel for objector Rahul Somani, Lata Somani, Shikha Ajmera and
Silpa Somani has sought time to file objections.
Let objections, if any, be filed within 04 weeks from today against advance
copy to petitioner and the respondent.
Objector Sidesh Somani and Ashok Somani are directed to supply copy of
the objections to the respondent within 04 weeks from today.
The respondent is also directed to supply copy of application for leave to
defend to objector Sidesh Somani during the course of the day.
Accordingly, matter is adjourned.
