23.01.2026. As per report of the Ahlmad summons issued upon respondent no.1 have been
served on 28.01.2026 and summons issued upon respondent no.2 and 3 received back with the
report of refusal.
Let WS be filed on behalf of all the respondents within the prescribed period of
limitation after supplying advance copy to the other side.
Replication, if any, be filed by the petitioner within two weeks thereafter with
advance copy to the opposite side.
One corrected compliance affidavit in terms of order dated 12.12.2025 alongwith
the application to take on record such compliance affidavit under Section 151 CPC has been
filed on behalf of the petitioner . Further, another application for taking on record legible
documents has been filed on behalf of petitioner.
Let copy of all such applications/affidavit be supplied to respondent
no.2/authorised counsel during court of the day against proper receiving/acknowledgment.
