tenanted premises i.e. 4084, Ground Floor, Gali Nal Wali, Urdu Bazar, Jama
Masjid, Delhi-110006 admeasuring 93 sq. yards, as shown in red colour in the
site plan filed along with the petition in terms of Section 14 (1) (e) r/w Section
25-B of the Delhi Rent Control Act. The landlord however shall not be entitled
to obtain possession thereof before the expiration of a period of six months from
the date of this order.
No order as to costs.
