Mr. Vivek Sharma, Ld. Counsel for the LRs of deceased respondent No. 3. It has been submitted that objections have been filed on behalf of respondent No. 3A electronically and the hard copy will be filed within a week. Let the same be filed, subject to limitation and copy of the same be provided to the opposite party. Ld. Counsel for the LRs of the deceased respondent No. 3 has further submitted that though the objections have been filed on behalf of Mr. Randhir Singh Ahluwalia the same be treated as objections on behalf of all the LRs of the deceased respondent No. 3. An application for service by way of substituted mode has been filed today with respect to respondent No. 1 and 2. It is pertinent to note that service by way of affixation has not been done yet. Issue fresh notice of the petition to the respondent No. 1 and 2 on filing of PF, RC within 07 working days returnable for 02.04.2026. In case the respondent No. 1 and 2 refuse to accept the service or are not found available despite three mandatory visits, process server shall affix the notice at a conspicuous place of the respondent No. 1 and 2 and leave the copy of the petition and annexure as per procedure and will file his report alongwith affidavit of service.
