certificate may be issued in the present matter so that DH can file
the execution petition for recovery of its dues in West District.
In view of the submission made, the present
execution petition is disposed off with the direction that transfer
certificate for the court of Senior Civil Judge, West District, Tis
Hazari Court may be issued in favour of the DH upon filing of
certified copy of execution petition in the Court.
Accordingly, the present execution petition stands
disposed off.
File be consigned to Record Room after due
compliance.
