withdrawal of deposited rent.
Nazir report received as per which a sum of Rs.54,000/- has
been deposited on 09.10.2025 for the period January, 2023 to December,
2025.
Nazir report perused.
A letter of request be written to the Ld. Rent Controller
(Central) for issuance of cheque in the sum of amount deposited in the
present case in favour of the applicant/landlord namely Vaibhav Kwatra.
Along with the request letter, details of the deposit and report of the Nazir
be enclosed.
Hence, the instant application stands allowed.
