Vide order dated 05.11.2024, publication was ordered in the newspaper
Punjab Kesari, however no publication has been received as yet.
Let court notice be issued to the Editor, Punjab Kesari to appear on NDOH
alongwith copy of publication.
Mr. Puneet Rana, Patwari from SDM Karol Bagh submits that he does not
have the Surviving Member Certificate of the deceased and filed a status report in this
regard. Copy of the certificate has been supplied to him by the petitioner today in Court.
Copy of the Surviving Member Certificate has been filed by the petitioner. Same be taken
on record.
Ms. Palak Sharma, Ld. Counsel for DLF seeks an adjournment for
appearance of the AR of the company. It is clarified that no further adjournment shall be
granted to the company and if they fail to appear on the NDOH, cost of Rs. 10,000/- shall
be imposed upon them.
Mr. Puneet Rana shall remain bound down for the NDOH to appear alongwith
the verified record of Surviving Member Certificate of the deceased.

Evidence of respondents no. 3 and 4 is recorded separately and they are
examined and discharged as RW-1 and RW-2.
Be put up for evidence of petitioner, respondent no. 2 and SDM concerned for
18.02.2025.
