appellant.

Separate replies filed on behalf of respondent no.1 and 2. Copy
of reply of respondent no.1 supplied. Let copy of respondent no.2 be
supplied within 2 days.
At this stage, Ld counsel for appellant has pointed out that on
29.10.2024 reply had already been filed by respondent no.1 which was
taken on record and now the second reply has been filed on behalf of
respondent no.1.
Ld counsel for respondent no.1 submits that the reply filed on
behalf of respondent no.1 today is the first reply to the appeal filed by the
appellant and the reply, as mentioned by Ld. counsel for appellant, which
was filed on 29.10.2024 was only a status report and not a formal reply.
Perusal of the document filed on behalf of respondent no.1 on
29.10.2024 shows that the title of the document is ‘Status report on behalf of
Sub-Registrar-III, Asaf Ali Office’ which clearly shows that the document
filed on behalf of respondent no.1 was the status report and cannot be

considered as a formal reply. Hence, the submissions of Ld counsel for
appellant cannot be entertained.
At this stage, Ld counsel for respondent no3 submits that he has
not received the copy of appeal alongwith the annexed documents. The
appellant is directed to supply the same to respondent no.3 within a week
from today.
Upon receipt of the same, the respondent no.3 is directed to file
reply to the appeal with advance copy to the appellant at least 7 days prior to
the NDOH.
Let the TCR be summoned for the NDOH.
Put up for arguments on appeal on 20.03.2025.
