Memo of appearance filed on behalf of respondent no.3. Be
taken on record.
Ld counsel for respondent no.1 and 2 submits that he supplied
the reply on behalf of respondent no.2 to Ld counsel for appellant through
whatsapp. Ld counsel for appellant submits that he has received the same.
Ld counsel for respondent no.3 submits that he could not file
reply to the present appeal since the appellant has not supplied the entire
documents pertaining to the main suit, therefore, he is not aware of the
averments made by the appellant in the main suit. It is further submitted
that he was not even served in the main suit as the plaint was rejected at
the stage of consideration only. It is further submitted that appellant be
directed to supply complete copy of the plaint alongwith annexed
documents so that he could file comprehensive reply to the present appeal.

In view of the submissions of Ld counsel for respondent no.3,
the appellant is directed to supply copy of plaint alongwith annexed
documents to respondent no.3 within a week.
Upon receipt of the same, the respondent no.3 is directed to
file reply to the present appeal with advance copy to the appellant at least
7 days prior to the NDOH.
Put up for arguments on appeal on 02.05.2025.
