As per bailiff report warrants of possession has been executed.
Ld. Counsel for DH submits that DH has received the vacant
and peaceful possession of the tenanted premises on 26.12.2025 through Bailiff in
the present execution petition. Ld. counsel for DH prays that the present
execution petition be disposed of as withdrawn as satisfied. Heard.
Separate statement of DH to this effect recorded.
At this stage Ld. Counsel for DH has filed an application under
Section 151 CPC for disposal of the goods of JD recovered from tenanted
permises. Same is taken on record.
Nazir is directed to register separate miscellaneous file in this
regard and put up on 21.03.2026.
In view of the report of Bailiff and submission of ld. Counsel for
DH, present execution petition is referred to upcoming National Lok Adalat
scheduled to be held on 14.03.2026.
