Summons issued to the defendant no.1 Madiha through e-mode/whatsapp
received back with the report of service and double tick on 17.08.2026. This is deemed
service.
Summons issued to the defendant no.3 Nasima through e-mode/whatsapp
received back with the report of service and double tick on 17.08.2026. This is deemed
service.
Summons issued to both the defendants through physical/ordinary mode not
received back. Report be awaited.
Summons issued to both the defendants through speed post received back
unserved with remarks “addressee does not reside at the given address”.
At this stage, certificate u/s 63 BSA has been filed by the plaintiff alongwith
the courier receipts and the tracking report qua the summons issued to defendant no.1
and 3. Same have been returned back to Delhi.
Despite lapse of statutory period, the defendant no. 1 and 3 have not filed
the written statement, hence, right to file WS stands closed. Since no one is responding
on behalf of the defendant no. 1 and 3 despite repeated calls, the defendant no.1 and 3
are proceeded ex-parte.
