Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff submits that he does not wish to
file the replication. Hence, the right of the plaintiff to file the replication
is hereby closed.
The pleadings of the parties are already complete. From the
pleadings of the parties, the following issues are framed for disposal of the
present case :-
1. Whether the plaintiff is entitled for recovery of Rs.35,328/-
along with pendente lite and future interest @ 24% per
annum, as prayed for ? OPP
2. Whether the suit of the plaintiff is barred by limitation ? OPD
3 Whether the suit is undervalued and under stamped ? OPD

No other issue arises or is pressed for by Ld. Counsel for the
parties. The plaintiff is directed to file the list of witnesses within 15 days
from today with copies thereof to opposite party.
Put up for P.E. for 18.11.2024. Advance copy of the affidavit
of evidence of PWs be supplied to the opposite party before the next date
of hearing.
