plaintiff with plaintiff in person.
Sh. Shray Kaushal, ld. counsel for the defendant.
Today, affidavit of admission/denial of documents filed on
behalf of defendant. Copy supplied.
In view of affidavit of admission/denial of documents on behalf
of both the sides, admission/denial of documents is conducted.
Pleadings are complete. From the pleadings of the parties,
following issues are framed for trial:
1. Whether the plaintiff is entitled for recovery of
Rs.63,585/ as prayed for? OPP.
2. Whether the plaintiff is entitled for recovery of
pendentelite interest on the suit amount @ 18%
per annum? OPP.
3. Whether the defendant is not liable to make any
payment to the plaintiff on account of supply of
defective/inferior goods? OPD.
4. Relief.
No other issue arises nor pressed for.
To come up for plaintiff’s evidence, on 27.07.2024. Plaintiff is
directed to file affidavits of all the witnesses on or before the next date of
hearing with advance copy of the same to opposite party at least 15 days prior
to the date fixed. Both the parties are directed to file list of witnesses, within 15
