Counsel for the defendant submits that the electricity connection was restored yesterday. Further, he has submitted that he was out of station and he came back yesterday only and then he came to know about order dated 26.12.2025. He further seeks time to file account statement w.r.t. receipt of rent from the plaintiff. Let advance copy of the documents be supplied to the opposite side. At this stage, Ld. counsel for plaintiff submits that he has already filed the account statement w.r.t. payment of rent by the plaintiff to the defendant. Let copy of the same be supplied to defendant against receiving. List the matter for arguments on the said application on 05.02.2026. Interim order to continue till next date of hearing.
