Counsel for the plaintiff submits that he had supplied copy of the plainti alongwith documents to the defendant as well as to his counsel on 07.12.2025 and again on 10.12.2025. Defendant submits that he has received copy of the plaint alongwith the documents on WhatsApp but he has not gone through the same. Ld. proxy counsel for defendant seeks time to file WS and reply to application under Order XXXIX Rule 1 and 2 CPC alongwith reply to application u/s 151 CPC filed on behalf of the palintiff. Defendant submits that the plaintiff was inducted as a tenant on a monthly rent of Rs.15,000/- excluding electricity charges. He further submits that electricity charges were agreed to be Rs.2000/- per month. He further submits that the plaintiff has failed to pay the rent and the electricity charges for several months but he is not aware of the exact number of months when the plaintiff failed to pay the rent and he seeks time to file reply. Let written statement be filed within the stipulated time period with an advance copy to the other side. Ld. counsel for plaintiff has filed certain judgments w.r.t. application u/s 151 CPC. The same are taken on record. List the matter for reply and arguments on application u/s 151 CPC filed on behalf of the plaintiff w.r.t. to disconnection of electricity on 26.12.2025.
