Counsel for the defendant submits that the defendant has not received copy of the plaint and the documents till date. Plaintiff is directed to supply copy of the plaint alongwith documents to the defendant against acknowledgement. Let written statement be filed within the stipulated time period with an advance copy to the other side. Ld. Counsel for the defendant submits that he shall also file reply to the application under Order XXXIX Rule 1 and 2 CPC as well as to application u/s 151 CPC moved on behalf of the plaintiff. He further submits that plaintiff has not been paying electricity bill and hence, the defendant has disconnected the electricity connection as there is one common meter for the tenanted premises and the shop of the defenant.
