Matter is at the stage of reply and arguments on application u/s 151 CPC dated 17.11.2025 filed on behalf of the -- 1 of 3 -- plaintiff for restoration of supply of electricity. List of documents have been filed on behalf of plaintiff. The same are taken on record. Let copy of the same be supplied to the defendant. In the morning session, reply was filed on behalf of the defendant. However, none is present on behalf of defendant at this stage for advancing arguments on the above-mentioned application. The said application u/s 151 CPC has been filed on behalf of plaintiff stating that he is the lawful tenant of defendant and is in possession of the suit property but the defendant has illegally disconnected the electricity supply to the tenanted premises on 12.11.2025 without any lawful authority. Hence, it is prayed that defendant be directed to restore the electricity of the rented shop bearing no.1533, Shiv Ashram, S.P. Mukherjee Marg, Behind Novelty Fire Station, Delhi. Perusal of the file shows that on the last date of hearing, Ld. counsel for defendant had stated that since the plaintiff had not been paying electricity bill, defendant had disconnected the electricity connection of the tenanted premises. Since reply has been filed on behalf of defendant today itself and no one has appeared on behalf of defendant in the post lunch session for arguments on the above-said application, list the matter for arguments on the above-mentioned application on the NDOH. In the meanwhile, keeping in mind the urgent relief sought by the plaintiff, defendant is directed to restore the electricity connection in the tenanted premises i.e. shop bearing no.1533, Shiv Ashram, S.P.
