the applicant/plaintiff.
Mr. Atul Pandey, Ld. Counsel for non-applicant/
defendant with non-applicant/defendant.
Ld. Counsel for the non-applicant/defendant submits
that he has received copy of the application for preponement of
date of hearing.
Ld. counsel for non-applicant/defendant submits
that the applicant/plaintiff has not been paying the electricity
charges. He, however, submits that the applicant has paid the rent
of tenanted premises from the institution of the present matter till
date. He further submits that the non-applicant/defendant has
discontinued the electricity connection with respect to tenanted
premises as applicant/plaintiff is not paying electricity amount to
him.
Ld. Counsel for the applicant/plaintiff submits that
Rs.15,000/- is rental amount and the same is inclusive of
electricity charges and the applicant/plaintiff is regularly paying
the said amount to the non-applicant/defendant.
Non-applicant/defendant is directed to restore the
electricity connection of the tenanted premises i.e. Shop No. 1533,
Shiv Ashram, S.P. Mukherjee Marg, Behind Novelty Fire Station,
Delhi-110006, forthwith.
In view of the above, the matter is adjourned.
