Present: Sh. M. U. Rehman, counsel for petitioner.
Sh. Mohd. Wasim, counsel for respondents.
As per Ahlmad report, respondent no. 1, 3, 4, 5 and 6 were
served on 25.10.2024. However, as per report respondent no. 2 has expired.
No report has been received qua respondent no. 7.
Counsel for respondents however submits that leave to defend
application already stands filed on behalf of all the respondents except
respondent no. 2 who had expired previously.
As per record, leave to defend application was filed on
08.11.2024 along with affidavits of respondent no. 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8.
Counsel for petitioner submits that he has not received the
copy of the same.
Counsel for respondent submits that he shall supply the copy
within seven days from today.
Thereafter, reply if any, be filed within four weeks subsequent
to the supply of the leave to defend application against advance copy to the
opposite counsel.
Rejoinder if any, be filed on the NDOH against advance copy
to the opposite counsel.
With respect to respondent no. 2, counsel for petitioner seeks
time to have instructions and apprise the court on the NDOH, If any
application for impleadment of LRs shall be filed.
Counsel for petitioner has also filed translated copies of the
rent receipts already on record. Copy supplied.
