Mr. Sachin Sachdeva submits that he could not contact his counsel and he is
not available right now.
This is the second call and adjournment has been granted in other evidence
cased due to this matter as it was deferred on 24.03.2025 also for non-availability of Ld.
Counsel for respondent. The matter cannot be further passed over due to pending
administrative and judicial work.

Matter is adjourned today subject to cost of Rs. 5,000/- to be paid by
the respondent to the petitioner on the NDOH, failing which right of respondent to
cross-examine shall be closed.
PW-1 shall remain present in person on the NDOH.

opportunity on 19.11.2025.
