Present : Mr. Sumit Kumar, Ld. Counsel for proxy petitioner.
Mr. Lakshman, Ld. Counsel for respondent.
Cost imposed upon the petitioner vide order dated 06.01.2026 has not been
deposited.
As per report of the Nazir, an application for waiver of cost has been filed.
Ld. Proxy counsel for petitioner is completely unaware about the facts of
the case and the purpose of listing today.
Application has been perused. It is
inter-alia stated that PF could not be filed
on time as there were several matters in several courts. Same is no ground for a waiver of
cost. However, in the interest of justice, cost stands reduced to Rs.500/- to be deposited in
terms of the last order by NDOH, failing which it shall be enhanced.
Mr. Lakshman, Ld. Counsel for respondent has not filed his vakalatanama.
Let it be filed within three days from today.
As per report of the Nazir, notice issued upon the respondent has been
received back served on 16.01.2026, however, no objections have been filed on behalf of
the respondent.
Be adjourned for arguments and disposal of the application for 23.05.2026.
