checked and registered.
Present: Sh. Absar Ahmed, Ld. Counsel for plaintiff (through VC).
Plaintiff in person.
Hard copy of the present suit has been filed on behalf of
plaintiff. Same is taken on record.
Ld. Counsel for plaintiff submits that defendant no. 1 and 2
are trying to create third party interest in the suit property and are in the
process of handing over the possession of the suit property to defendant
no. 3 and prays that defendants be restrained from creating third party
interest in the suit property.
Ld. Counsel for plaintiff further submits that the plaintiff has
also filed an eviction petition bearing RC no. 558/2022 against defendant
no. 1 and 2 and the same is pending before Ld. ARC-02, Central, THC.
Submissions heard. Record perused.
Parties are directed to maintain status quo in the suit property
till NDOH.
Summons be issued to defendants, on filing of PF/RC within 15
days.
Put up for further proceedings on 15.10.2024.
Copy of the order be given dasti to counsel for plaintiff, as
prayed.
