ASI Rahul, appearing for Inspector Arms for Joint
CP, Licensing Unit, Delhi, has furnished a letter dt. 13.04.26 sent
to Deputy Secretary, Home (Arms) Department, GNCT of Delhi
seeking permission for depositing the Arms and Ammunition,
lying at M/s Tej Armoury Arms and Ammunition Dealers, 1525,
Church Road, Kashmere Gate, Delhi, with local Police station /
malkhana.
ASI Rahul has submitted that despite the above
letter and the correspondence issued previously, no reply has
been received from the office of Deputy Secretary, Home (Arms)
Department, GNCT of Delhi.
The present execution is lying pending since
28.11.25 and various opportunities extending time for bringing
on record the plan of action / steps qua removing the Arms and
Ammunition have been granted.
Execution petitions are to be disposed off within six
months and the present petition is pending only on above noted
hurdle.
In the above circumstances, it becomes essential that
a report be called from Deputy Secretary, Home (Arms)
Department, GNCT of Delhi directing him to bring on record the
steps taken by him upon the request / letters issued by Office of

Joint CP, Licensing Unit, Delhi. This notice be sent through
office of Chief Secretary, Govt. of NCT, Delhi.
The copies of letters / correspondences filed by ASI
Rahul be sent alongwith notice.
Copy of this order be also attached with the notice.
A longer date is being given to afford sufficient time
to Deputy Secretary for filing exhaustive report on NDOH.
Put up for further proceedings on 17.07.2026.
ASI Rahul is bound down for NDOH.
