Department.
ASI Rahul Sirohi has submitted that a letter dated
17.08.2026 was received from Dy. Secretary, Home whereby Joint
CP (licensee) was informed by Dy. Secretary that whatever action
has to be taken for removal of arms and ammunition from the
subject property, has to be taken by Joint CP under Rule 47(7) &
Rule 48 of Arms Rules, 2016.
ASI Rahul Sirohi has requested that some time be
granted so that the entire SOP/procedure, framed and to be followed
would be brought on record.
Copy of letter dated 17.08.2026 is hereby taken on
record.
Ld. Counsel for DH has submitted that an application
under Order 22 Rule 3 CPC was filed on 18.08.2026 for impleading
the LRs of DH as DH expired on 25.07.2026. Affidavits of LRs
annexed with the application along with death certificate of DH.
Accordingly, application is allowed. Amended memo of parties
taken on record.

ASI Rahul Sirohi shall remain bound down for NDOH
for bringing on record the SOP/procedure framed for removing arms
and ammunition from subject property.
