any list of witnesses. Ld. Counsel for plaintiff submits that plaintiff does not wish
to file any list of witnesses.
Pass-over sought on behalf of plaintiff on the ground that
witness is on the way.

Ld. Counsel for plaintiff submits that he has e-filed the evidence
by way of affidavit of the plaintiff. Let hard copy of the same be filed during the
course of the day. Copy supplied to opposite side.
Plaintiff is directed to appear in person along with main counsel
on the next date of hearing.
Present is a matter for recovery of money. Court is of the
opinion that there is chances of settlement in the present matter. Accordingly,

present matter is referred to mediation centre for exploring the possibility of
some amicable settlement.
Both the parties as well as their respective counsels are
directed to appear before Ld. Mediator on 25.07.2025 at 12:30 PM.
