recovery of arrears of rent @ Rs. 2,000/- per month alongwith
damages and the suit for permanent injunction.
Since the monthly rent is Rs. 2,000/- per month, it is
barred by Section 50 of DRC.
At this stage, it is submitted by Ld. counsel for
plaintiff that he does not want to press for prayer clause (b) and
(c). Accordingly, prayer clause (b) and (c) are deleted from the
prayer clause. Statement of plaintiff to this effect has been
recorded separately.
Amended plaint be filed on NDOH.
Issue summons for settlement of issues and notice of
application u/o XXXIX Rule 1 and 2 CPC to defendants through
